摘要
OBE理论以"学生为本",强调教学各环节以学生所获取的最终学习成果为目的,注重教学目标及评价体系。以酒店管理专业《康乐服务与管理》课程为例,将OBE理论融入课程改革中,从课程教学目标设定、评价体系制定和教学活动开展三方面分析,以期提高课堂教学质量。
The theory of OBE is people-oriented, which emphasizes final learning results of students during every teaching links and pays attention to teaching objectives and evaluation system. Taking＂recreational services and management＂course in hotel management specialty as an example, the OBE theory is integrated into the curriculum reform. Three aspects are analyzed： the teaching objective setting, establishing evaluation system and carrying out teaching activities, in order to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
