摘要
目的小腿U型石膏托和下肢长腿石膏后托在儿童闭合型胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法对收治30例儿童闭合型胫腓骨骨折,均采用骨折手法复位,小腿U型石膏联合下肢长腿石膏后托外固定,并对其临床资料进行总结和分析。结果 30例均获随访,所有患者均骨性愈合,并有满意的踝膝关节活动度。结论小腿U型石膏联合下肢长腿石膏后托外固定是治疗儿童胫腓骨骨折较为理想的外固定固定方式。根据创伤机制选择合适的骨折手法复位方法,复位后予小腿U型石膏联合下肢长腿石膏后托外固定,疗效满意。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of leg U plaster plaster in the children with closed fracture of tibia and fibula.Methods A total of 30 children with closed tibia and fibula fracture were treated with manipulative reduction,then fixed with leg U-shaped gypsum and lower limb plaster.And the clinical data were summaried and analyzed.Results all the 30 cases were followed up.All the patients were healed with satisfactory degree of ankle and knee joint.Conclusion The fixation with leg U-shaped gypsum and lower limb plaster is the ideal treatment for children with closed tibia and fibula fracture.Following with appropriate fracture manipulative reduction method,its clinical outcome of those fixaion was satisfactory.
