含氟芳香烃副产氯化氢综合处理及工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 含有2-氯-6-氟氯苄、2-氯-6-氟苯甲醛、2-氯-6-氟苯甲酸的含氟芳香烃副产物氯化氢气体,若不经纯化,不仅无使用价值,还需要无害化处置,导致企业生产成本上升,增加"三废"排放量。通常采用石灰或碱液中和的方法处理,固液分离后废渣和废水再分别处理。由于废渣和废水中均含有机污染物和氟化物,需要委托具有相关资质的部门处理,费用高昂。采用降膜吸收、自然沉降、树脂分段吸附、去除游离氯的工艺处理副产氯化氢气体,所得盐酸达到GB 320—2006《工业用合成盐酸》优等品要求,可作为商品盐酸销售。经工程验证,年处理1万t副产盐酸(降膜吸收后)装置投资金额为30万元,运行成本为25元/t,年直接经济效益超过500万元,经济和社会效益显著。 Due to gas-liquid entrainment,there are large amounts of fluorinated aromatic hydrocarbons or phenolic organic compounds in the byproduct hydrogen chloride gas released in the chlorination and hydrolysis processes of fluorinated hydrocarbons,such as 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzyl chloride,2-chloro-6-fluorobenzaldehyde,and 2-chloro-6-fluoro-3-methoxybenzoic acid.Without purification,the acid would not only be useless,but also requires harmless treatment,leading to increased production cost and elevated discharge of Three Wastes.Usually,lime or lye is used to neutralize the acid to achieve the goal of harmless treatment,and the solid waste and wastewater would be disposed respectively after separation of the liquid and solid.Since there are a large amount of organic contaminants and fluorinated compounds in the solid waste and wastewater,it is necessary to entrust qualified institutions for special disposal,which is of very high cost.A technology consisting of falling film absorption,natural subsidence,resin segmented adsorption,and removal of free chlorine was used to effectively dispose the byproduct hydrogen chloride,the quality of the hydrochloric acid obtained met the high-class products requirement of GB320—2006,Industrial Synthetic Hydrochloric Acid,and could be sold as commercial hydrochloric acid.Project verification showed that the investment for the hydrochloric acid production apparatus with annual capacity of 10 000 t(after falling film absorption) was 300 000 RMB $,and the operation cost was only 25 RMB $/t,the annual direct economic benefit exceeded5 000 000 RMB $,and the economic and social benefits were significant.
