摘要
化工行业挥发性有机废气种类繁多、成分复杂,处理工艺受废气风量、温度、组分、浓度、可回收价值等工况条件影响。针对有机物浓度高、组分单一且回收价值高的工况,主要采用有机物回收与深度净化相结合的处理工艺,进而保证处理后气体的达标排放。以浙江某化工企业有机废气处理项目为例,针对该项目废气特点,设计采用了降膜吸收和蓄热燃烧装置相联合的处理工艺,详细讨论了降膜吸收工段冷却水温度和洗涤液流量对回收效率的影响以及蓄热燃烧工段阀门切换时间和入口浓度对去除效率的影响,并在此基础上确定了系统最优运行参数,在充分保证废气中有机物回收效率及去除效率的同时,也保证了蓄热燃烧运行过程中热量的自给自足,不需额外补充能量,从而大大降低运行费用。
Volatile organic carbons(VOCs),resulting from chemica industry are complex and varied,the treatment process is affected by working conditions such as exhaust air volume,temperature,composition,concentration,recoverable value.In the face of the condition of high concentration,single component and high recovery value,the treatment process combining organic matter recovery and deep purification is mainly adopted to ensure the standard discharge.Taking the VOCs treatment project of the chemical industry in Zhejiang Province as an example,based on the characteristics of the gas,this paper designs the treatment process combining falling film absorber and regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO).The effects of cooling water temperature and washing fluid flow on recovery efficiency in the falling film absorption section and valve switching time and inlet concentration on removal efficiency in the RTO section were discussed in detail.On this basis,the optimal operation parameters of the system are determined,which not only fully ensure the recovery efficiency and removal efficiency of organic matter in waste gas,but also ensure the self-sufficiency of heat in the RTO operation process,no additional energy required so as to greatly reduce the operation cost.
