摘要
基于大柳塔煤矿22102综采面采空区内部CO浓度在短时间内持续上升的现象,采用SF6检漏技术探测CO来源,利用便携仪及CO探测器探测22102工作面CO气体的浓度。结果表明:22102综采面采空区的高浓度CO来源于五当沟地表排矸场,为降低CO浓度,提出了地面打钻注浆封堵、注氮灭火和采用均压通风技术等措施降低CO浓度,同时要求提高工作面推进速度以减少CO产生,保证工作面正常生产。
Based on the phenomenon of CO continue rising in a short time in goaf of Daliuta mine22102 fully mechanized coal face, using SF6 leak detection technology to detect CO source, using the portable tester and the CO detector to detect CO concentration of 22102 face. The results show that high CO concentrations of 22102 face goaf derived from spontaneous combustion place of surface gangue field in Wudanggou. To reduce the CO concentration, put forward the ground grouting to seal CO, nitrogen injection against fire and the equalizing ventilation technology.At the same time, put forward the method of increasing the advancing speed to effectively control the CO concentration overrun problems,and ensure the normal production of working face.
