摘要 为了更好的预报预测东欢坨煤矿自然发火,通过综合分析选取的4个典型煤样的CO,C2H4,C2H6等气体的检出温度,对比指标气体优选原则,研究和分析了东欢坨煤矿实验检出气体和煤样的自燃氧化结果.结果表明,东欢坨矿CO出现的临界温度值为50℃,而且在110℃左右气体产生量呈现单调递增趋势.因而,在50~350℃之间,选择一氧化碳作为预测预报煤炭自燃的标志气体是可行的,并分析了其它气体的缺点.由于东欢坨煤矿煤层中赋存有CO,因此,在利用CO作为预报预测自然发火标志气体和采空区密闭内取样分析时,必须进行修正,可采用CO含量差值法和ICO来消除环境因素和风量的影响,以便更好的预测预报煤炭自然发火和分析火区燃烧状况,对同类矿山的防火工作也有一定的指导意义. In order to predict the spontaneous combustion in Donghuantuo coal mine exactly, we analyzed the temperature of gases such as CO, C2 H4, and C2 H6 of 4 typical samples selected, compared the principles for indicator gas selection, and studied the detected gas and the spontaneous combustion oxidation of coal samples from Donghuantuo coal mine. The results show that at critical temperature for CO to appear is 50 ℃, while, the quantity of CO has a monotone increasing at about 110℃. So between 50--350℃, the CO can be selected as an indicator gas for predicting coal spontaneous combustion. In addition, the defects of other gases used as indicator gas were also analyzed. Because CO exists in the coal seam of Donghuantuo coal mine, we must have some amendments when CO is used as the indicator. In doing so, the concentration difference method and the Ico can be used to eliminate the effect of the environment and air leakage so as to exactly predict spontaneous combustion of coal.
