摘要
高校辅导员工作社会性发展方向的要素探索,立足于社会职业性引导作用要素、社会职业意识引导功能要素、社会职业心态的导向作用要素展开。突出高校辅导员社会引导力、社会职业发展指向作用。传统高校辅导员工作创新发展方向的研究中主要探索管理机制、管理手段、管理方向,与职业化发展新形势之间并不能形成紧密联系。通过社会性发展方向要素研究,保障高校辅导员工作满足高等教育职业化发展新要求。
Based on three elements including the social occupational guidance role,social professional awareness guidance function and guidance role of social professional mentality,this paper analyzes those elements of social development direction of college counselor＇s work,which highlights the direction function of college counselors in social guiding force and professional development. In the traditional study of college counselors＇ work,the management mechanism method and direction are mainly discussed,which can＇t be connected tightly with the new situation of professional development. Due to this study,counselors＇ work can meet the new professional development requirements of higher education.
