摘要
高校辅导员是开展高校教育学校工作的骨干力量和专业人员,针对高校辅导员开展职业生涯规划将进一步提升高校辅导员工作的专业化水平。本文从内职业生涯规划为突破口,深入分析了辅导员职业生涯规划存在的问题和困境,并从提升自我认识水平、明确职业发展目标和丰富职业生涯角色等三方面阐述了高校辅导员内职业生涯规划的实践路径。
The college counselors are the backbone and professional staffs of the development of college education, and to carry out career planning for college counselors will further enhance the professional level of their work. In this paper, taking the internal career planning as the breakthrough point, in-depth analyze the problems and difficulties existing in counselors＇ career planning, and from three aspects of the improvement of the level of self-understanding, clear occupation development goals and rich occupation career roles,elaborate the practice path of internal career planning of college counselors.
