黄精种子质量与外源生长调节物质SNP、ETH对种子萌芽的影响 被引量:9

Effects of seed quality and exogenous growth- regulating substances SNP and ETH on seed germination of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.

摘要 目的研究黄精种子质量和不同浓度的SNP和ETH对其萌芽的影响。方法选取籽粒饱满、无霉变及瘢痕的种子进行暗培养(25℃),每日观察并记录数据,60天后统计结果。结果黄精种子质量差异对发芽率、初生根长及萌发过程所形成的球状结构大小均能产生影响,其中以球状结构大小影响最大;在试验浓度范围内,500 mg·L-1SNP处理24h效果最好,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数分别为60%、51.7%、0.39和2.34,300 mg·L-1ETH处理种子24h效果最好,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数分别为78.9%、50%、0.78和6.16。结论绿皮种子不易萌发,易发霉,生产中宜选取种皮亮黄色的黄精种子进行种植培育;NO和乙烯确有打破种子休眠促进种子萌发的作用,而乙烯对促进黄精种子萌发效果更明显。 Objective To provide theoretical basis for seed dormancy- breaking of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.. Methods Effects of seed quality and exogenous growth- regulating substances SNP and ETH on seed germination of Polygonatum sibiricum Red. were studied. Results Seeds in different seed quality could affect the germination rate,the primary root length and size of the globular structures,especially the size of the globular structures were most heavily affected; in the range of experimental treatments,500 mg·L- 1SNP for 24 hours is the best,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index were 60%,51. 7%,0. 39 and 2. 34,respectively,and 300 mg·L- 1ETH for 24 hours is the most effective,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index were 78. 9%,50%,0. 78 and 6. 16. Conclusion Seeds with green coat were hard to germinate,so it’s better to choose yellow seeds to cultivate; NO and ethylene can both break seed dormancy and promote seed germination,but ethylene was more effective.
