打顶和施用NAA对烟株生长、烟碱合成和钾素吸收的影响 被引量:15

摘要 研究了烟株打顶与不打顶,以及打顶后使用外源生长调节物质萘乙酸(NAA)对烟株干物质积累、烟碱合成和钾素吸收的影响。结果表明,烟株打顶后施用外源NAA能促进烟株的干物质积累,减少烟碱合成量,提高钾素吸收量和利用率,并减少烟叶中钾素后期外排量。不打顶处理虽然烟株干物质积累总量未降低,但烟叶中干物质积累量明显减少,烟株的烟碱合成和烟叶中的积累量明显减少,同时钾素吸收量和利用率也显著降低。 The effects of topping and NAA (plant growth regulator) application after topping on dry-matter accumulation, nicotine synthesis and K absorption in tobacco plant were studied. The results showed that NAA application after topping promoted dry-matter accumulation, K absorption and K utilization in tobacco and reduced nicotine synthesis and K loss from leaves at later growth stage. Although the amount of total dry-matter in tobacco plant which was not topped did not decreased, the dry-matter and nicotine accumulation in leaf, K absorption, and utilization reduced obviously.
