摘要
采用单因素随机区组试验,在高海拔地区烟叶(Nicotiana tabacum L.)打顶后施用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(Indole-3-acetic acid,IAA),研究了IAA对烤烟的生长、产值及烟碱含量的影响,结果表明,打顶后使用60mg/kg浓度处理,则上部叶开片情况较好,上中等烟产烟率最高;45mg/kg处理使烟叶产量较高、产值最大,单料烟评吸质量最好。说明在高海拔地区打顶后施用IAA45mg/kg或60mg/kg,可使单位面积经济效益较高,能有效降低烟碱含量,提升烤烟品质。
The effect of five IAA concentrations (Indole-3-acetic acid) on the growth, yield and nicotine content of fluecured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) was studied by using single-factor random experiment design. After topping,using 60 mg / kg IAA, the upper leaves opened better, and the rate of first and middle grade tobacco was the highest. Using 45 mg / kg IAA, the yield was higher and the output value was the largest, and the single-feed quality was the best. In high altitudes area after topping, using 45 mg / kg or 60 mg / kg of IAA could increase economic benefits, reduce the nicotine content and raise the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
