摘要
随着我国高等教育由精英化向大众化转变,大学生就业形势日趋严峻。本文就如何培养应用型体育本科人才进行了研究,本着"人无我有,人有我优"的办学理念,提出培养内容应由"不惑"基础教育、"青蓝"创新培养训练、"睿拓"实践与交流三部分组成,采取订单式人才培养模式,通过全面提升知识、技能及素质,最终达到培养基本功扎实、高素质、创新能力强的应用型体育本科人才,促进就业的目的。
With the transformation of higher education from elite to mass,students ＇ employment situation is becoming increasingly severe. This paper studies on how to cultivate applied sports undergraduates with the educational philosophy of ＂we have what others don＇t have,we do better while others are doing the same＂,presents the 3 parts of cultivation contents： ＂free from doubts＂elementary education,＂blue＂ innovative training,as well as＂sagacity exploration＂practice and communication,applying order-oriented talents training mode.By overall improving knowledge,skills and qualities,we aim at cultivating undergraduate sports talents who hold experienced basic skills,high quality and strong innovation ability,to promote employment.
