摘要 针对目前电解电容器的寿命较短,可靠度较低的问题。首先分析推导电解电容器的使用寿命计算公式;然后就某型号的UPS拓扑结构,构建其直流母线铝电解电容优化模型,并通过仿真分析和实际测试,验证了铝电解电容器优化模型的正确性;最后通过仿真其不同工作情况,找到直流母线铝电解电容器的纹波电流的最恶劣工作状态,为该拓扑结构下铝电解电容器的参数核算和选型以及指导其可靠性设计提供了依据。 In view ofthe problem of short lifeand low reliability of electrolytic capacitors. A service life calculation formula has been analyzed firstly in this paper;a type of UPS topology structure has been analyzed to buildOptimization model of aluminum electrolytic capacitor in DC link, and simulate and verify the accurate and precise of the equivalent circuit model in the circuit simulator software. At last, by studying the different working conditions, the worst working condition of the DC bus capacitor is found.A basis for the calculation and selection of the parameters of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor under the tooology structure and the reliability desianis nrovided.
