摘要
通过比较灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁、蠕墨铸铁生产的铝锭模成分、金相组织和性能,设计了铝锭模生产所用的蠕墨铸铁成分、组织、工艺参数。采用共晶点附近成分,碳当量(CE)为4.16,蠕化率为50%,基体组织为50%珠光体+铁素体的蠕墨铸铁作为铝锭模的生产材料。生产实践证明:用作铝锭模材料,蠕墨铸铁使用寿命是灰铸铁(HT250)和球墨铸铁的2倍多。
The composition, organization, process parameters of vermicular cast iron needed by aluminum ingot mold production is designed according to the comparison among the composition, metallographic structure and performance of aluminum ingot mold produced by grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron and vermicular cast iron. The production material of aluminum ingot mold is the nearby com- position of eutectic point, the vermicular cast iron with the matrix structure that the 50% pearlite + ferrite, which carbon equivalent (CE) is 4. 16, the vennicular graphite rate is 50%. The production practice shows: The service life of vennicular cast iron is over 2 times than grey cast iron (HT250) and spheroidal graphite cast iron as the aluminum ingot mold material.
