摘要
抗凝血灭鼠剂中毒可表现为皮下黏膜、消化系、泌尿道甚至内脏出血,以肠梗阻表现则罕见,且容易误诊.现报道以绞窄性小肠梗阻为首发表现且病程中出现呕血的抗凝血灭鼠剂1例.该患者曾在基层医院误诊,并结合相关文献进行分析,旨在提高临床医师对于不典型抗凝血灭鼠剂中毒的认识.
The clinical manifestations of anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning include subcutaneous bleeding,alimentary tract bleeding,urinary tract bleeding,vaginal bleeding,and even visceral hemorrhage.Strangulated intestinal obstruction is a rare manifestation of rodenticide poisoning and may lead to misdiagnosis.Here,we report a case of anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning with strangulating intestinal obstruction as initial manifestation.We also performed a literature review to raise clinicians＇ awareness of atypical anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning.
