摘要
目的 分析研究灭鼠药中毒导致严重鼻出血的护理实施效果.方法 取样我院收治的14例因服用灭鼠药中毒而导致的严重鼻出血患者,给予患者及时有效的治疗以及护理,对其进行回顾性分析.结果 给予患者实施治疗以及护理后,黏膜无出血糜烂情况,皮肤出血情况消失,瘀斑情况明显改善,之后对患者肝肾以及凝血各项指标进行检查,患者均痊愈出院,进行为期2个月随访观察,无出血情况发生.结论 给予灭鼠药中毒导致严重鼻出血患者,实施有效的护理干预,可减少鼻出血,提高患者生命质量,应用效果显著.
Objective Analysis of rodcnticidc poisoning cause implementation effect of nursing serious cpistaxis.Methods 14 patients admitted to our hospital because of taking sampling of rodenticide poisoning ami lepd to serious cpistaxis patients,patients in a timely and effective treatment and nursing,retrospective analysis was performed on the.Results The treatment and nursing for patients with no bleeding,mucosal erosion,bleeding in the skin ccchymosis disappear.the situation improved markedly.aftcr examination of liver and kidney and blood clotting index,the patients were cured,for a period of 2 months follow-upjio bleeding happened.Conclusion give rodenticide poisoning cause seriousepistaxis patients,the implementation of effective nursing intervention,can reduce the nasal bleeding.and improve the life quality of patients,applicationeffect.
