摘要
商业生态系统理论的引入对企业重新认识创新有着重要的影响作用。为更好适应商业生态系统,实现企业可持续发展,要有针对性地实施企业创新发展策略,从研究商业生态系统构成出发,分析商业生态系统的特征,结合企业创新的内涵及作用,研究企业创新存在的问题,进一步探讨基于商业生态系统观的企业管理创新思路。
The introduction of the business ecosystem theory has important influence on enterprises＇ recognizing innovation. To better adapt to the business ecosystem and achieve the sustainable development of enterprises,it＇s necessary to implement targeted policies on enterprise innovation and development. Based on the research on business ecosystem constitution,the characteristics of business ecosystem are analyzed in this article. Moreover,the existing problems with regard to business innovation are studied by combining the connotation and the role of business innovation. In view of business ecosystem concept,innovative ideas about enterprise management are further discussed.
