摘要 大容量柔性直流换流站工艺复杂,布置紧凑。由于阀厅联合建筑体量大且各区域使用功能不用,造成联合建筑不同区域的跨度、层高及荷载差别巨大。厦门柔性直流换流站阀厅联合建筑通过概念设计,合理设置结构缝,使整个建筑各单体结构明晰,受力合理,提高了结构的抗震性能,减小温度应力影响。同时,根据阀厅跨度大、高度高、荷载重的特点,联合建筑阀厅采用综合效益最优的全钢结构,满足规范对结构承载力和位移要求。此外,屋面采用以压型钢板为底模表面浇筑混凝土的组合屋面以利于抗风防水。 Voltage source converter- high voltage direct current( VSC- HVDC) converter station with great capacity has features of complicated techniques and compact layout. Due to the massive building volume of the valve hall joint building as well as the differences in function of each area,huge divergence in terms of span,floor height and structure load can be created in the valve hall joint building. In order to eliminate or minimize these unstable or negative factors,in the conceptual design stage of the valve hall joint building in Xiamen VSC- HVDC converter station,two structural joints are proposed to be placed in the building,these joints separate the whole project into three sub- structures,so that clearer and simpler structure can be achieved,furthermore,better seismic resistance and smaller temperature stress effect may be expected. In the meanwhile,considering the features of large span,high floor height and massive structural load,all steel structure is used for valve hall joint building,so that the relative standard requirements regarding the loading and deformation can be met and satisfied. In addition,steel deck reinforced composite slab is used for the roof of the building,which helps to improve the performance of wind and water resistance.
