摘要
在海洋石油某平台气田项目中,天然气和凝析油混合后一起外输到陆地终端。为避免在低温高压工况条件下,形成天然气水合物栓塞,进而导致外输管道堵塞,在聚结滤器脱水期间,使用了PPM级油中含水分析仪对凝析油含水指标进行在线分析。本文介绍了几种常用的PPM级的分析方法,并对其优缺点进行了相应的对比,同时,阐述了该项目的分析仪的设计选型及应用,并提出了改进措施,现已在该平台上成功运行,测量效果良好。
In certain offshore natural gas project, the mixture of natural gas and condensate oil is transported to onshore terminal. In order to prevent hydrates from forming in offshore pipelines under low temperature and high pressure condition, PPM Level Water in Oil Analyzer is used for measurement of water percentage during gas well condensate water removal by coalescing filters. In this paper, the working principles of several methods are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of them are compared and certain company analyzer has been taken for illustrating the selection and application on actual offshore production platform. Propose an improved method which has been applied successfully in this offshore platform.
