p21^(WAF1/CIP)与乳腺癌细胞周期调控

p21^(WAF1/CIP) and Regulation of Breast Cancer Cell Cycle

摘要 癌细胞异常增殖是乳腺癌发生、发展的关键环节。p21WAFI/CIP对于维系正常细胞生长发育是十分必须的,其功能异常可导致细胞过度增殖。p21WAFI/CIP的表达调控主要发生在转录及转录后水平,尤其是其转录水平的调控对于乳腺癌细胞周期进程显得尤为重要。在这一过程中相关因子去乙酰化表观遗传学性状改变发挥着关键性的作用。 Abnormal proliferation is a key point for the occurrence and development of breast cancer, p21^WAF1/CIP is essential to maintain a normal growth and development of the organisms, and its dysfunction can lead to organism overgrowth. The function of p21^WAF1/CIP occurs mainly in post-transcriptional and transcriptional level. Especially, the transcription regulation of p21^WAF1/CIP is very important to cell cycle progression of breast cancer via epigenetic change in histone deacetylation.
