摘要
从中和用氧化锌质量、沉铟前液体含杂以及工艺操作方面分析了影响铟富集渣含铟的因素,通过选择合适的中和沉铟用氧化锌,控制氧化锌中性浸出、锌精矿还原和中和沉铟过程,降低了沉铟前液含铁、含锌,提高了沉铟前液含铟,使铟富集渣含铟由原来的0.4%左右稳定提高至0.8%以上。
The factors affecting indium enrichment in indium rich slag are analyzed from the neutralization of the quality of zinc oxide,the former liquid impurity and the process operation. By selecting appropriate neutralizing sink with zinc oxide,zinc concentrate reduction and neutralization process are controlled to decrease the content of Fe and Zn in the solution,and improve the heavy indium solution containing indium,thus the content of indium contained in the slag is increased from 0. 4% to 0. 8%.
