摘要
在高校图书馆充分发挥自身性能和新媒体优势的基础上,通过先进技术手段,搭建图书馆实时交流平台,阐述了高校图书馆为了满足读者个性化的服务需求,进行的信息服务模式的转型与服务创新,最终实现提升图书馆服务质量的目的。
Based on the full play of university library＇ s own performance and new media advantage,this paper built the real-time communication platform of library by using advance techniques,and expounded the service transformation and innovation of university library in order to meet the personalized service needs of readers and achieve the purpose of improving the quality of library service.
