摘要
中国作为世界人口最多的国家,基本农田保护对其发展具有特殊的意义。本文以基本农田保护图斑数据为基准,讨论了利用现势性遥感影像快速发现基本农田违占信息的技术方法,为基本农田保护提供数据。初步的实验研究表明了这一技术思路的可行性和方法的有效性。
The protection of basic farmland is very important for China,because China have the largest population in the world.Based on the basic farmland protection data and real time remote sensing image,we discuss the technological method to quickly find the illegal occupation information of basic farmland through in-time remote sense image to provide data for protection of basic farmland.The preliminary test shows the proposed approach is validity.
