摘要
从浙江对非洲经贸合作的经济优势、高职教育相对于非洲的势能优势、高校对非洲研究的智库优势等多个角度出发,分析浙江高职教育率先"走出去"开展对非洲合作的可行性。基于基础优势和需求对接,提出校企合作、职教联盟、国际合作等三种合作模式,阐述合作的策略、内容与路径。
In the light of economic advantages of Sino- African economic and trade cooperation,Zhejiang province takes the lead on polytechnic educational and intellectual think- tank development,as well as polytechnic higher educational over Africa. Feasibility of Sino- African cooperation is proposed,initiated by Zhejiang polytechnic educational entities. In view of fundamental advantages and analysis of supply and demand,three cooperation models are proposed in the paper,including cooperation between colleges and enterprises,formation of an ally among polytechnic colleges,and international cooperation. Cooperation strategies,scope of cooperation,and approaches to launching cooperation are also elaborated in the paper.
