摘要
[目的]汉化循证护理实践能力量表(Evidence-based Pracitce Self-efficacy Scale,EBPSES)并评价量表的信效度。[方法]汉化修订EBPSES量表,方便抽样抽取137名护士,使用中文版EBPSES量表进行调查研究并检验量表的信效度。对其中30名护士1个月后进行重复测量。[结果]中文版EBPSES经探索性因子分析后,得到两个公因子1和2,公因子2经分析后被删除,公因子1解释变异量为64.61%。中文版EBPSES与中文版循证护理实践问卷(Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire,EBPQ)总分的关联效度为0.811。量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.965,重测信度为0.938,评估者间一致性为0.960。[结论]中文版EBPSES量表具有良好的信度和效度,可初步用于测评我国护理人员进行循证护理实践的自我效能。
Objective：To convert Evidence-based nursing Practice self-efficacy Scale（EBPSES）into Chinese and evaluated its reliability and validity.Methods：Chinesized and revised EBPSES,then a total of 137 nurses were selected by using convenient sampling and investigated by using Chinese version of EBPSES and test the reliability and validity.30 nurses received the repeated measures after 1months.Results：After the exploratory factor analysis,two common factors 1and 2were got in Chinese version of EBPSES,the common factor 2was removed after the analysis,the common factor 1explained the variance of 64.61%.The correlation validity of Chinese version of EBPSES and the total score of Chinese version of Practice Questionnaire Evidence-Based（EBPQ）was0.811.The Cronbach＇sαcoefficient was 0.965,the retest reliability was 0.938,and the consistency among evaluators was 0.960.Conclusion：Chinese version of EBPSES had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the self efficacy of evidence-based nursing practice of nursing peosonnel in China.
