摘要
知识是一种最有价值的战略资源,学科服务中学科馆员的知识流动是一个动态、复杂的过程,是学科服务创新的重要途径。在分析学科服务、学科馆员及其知识流动的内涵基础上,初步搭建学科服务中学科馆员的知识流动模型。该模型由知识流动、知识分享与交流、知识整合、知识创新4个基本环节组成学科服务中学科馆员知识流动的螺旋式上升运动态势,四者之间相互依存、单向循环的关系,在不断增加知识池中知识存量的基础上,共同作用于学科服务核心竞争力,满足用户的知识需求。研究结果表明,该模型为学科服务管理者提高学科馆员的知识流动意愿提供了可借鉴的依据,也为知识管理在学科服务的有效实施提供了新的视角与方法。文章最后给出几点政策性建议。
Knowledge is one of the most valuable strategic resources, and the knowledge flow of subject service is a dynamic and complex process, which is an important way of subject service innovation. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of subject service, subject librarian and its knowledge flow, the knowledge flow model of subject librarian is established. The model consists of four basic parts: knowledge flow, knowledge sharing, knowledge integration and knowledge innovation. The relationship among the four basic aspects of knowledge flow is the increasing of knowledge flow. The research results show that it provide a reference for the subject service managers to improve the knowledge flow of subject librarians, and also provide a new perspective and method for the effective implementation of knowledge management in subject service. Finally, some policy suggestions are given.
