摘要
法医鉴定是一项技术性、专业性较强的活动,法医鉴定结论不论对民事、刑事案件的判决具有重要的参考意义。对法医在病理检案过程中认得各类人为现象及导致的鉴定结论错误原因进行分析并提出解决政策不仅对鉴定结论的客观性、公正性、科学性及权威性具有促进作用;更有助于促进鉴定结论在诉讼过程中发挥的作用,从长远来说更有助于服务法制社会的建设。
Medicolegal expertise,as a technical and professional event,is of great importance in the judgement of civil and criminal cases. During the process of forensic pathological investigation,it is necessary to identify the man-made conditions,analyze the causes and propose the solutions on the wrong conclusions. In this way,it is possible to safeguard its objectivity,justice,scientificity and authority,play an important role in the litigation process and make the construction of legal society in the long term.
