摘要
目的 :探讨中药黄芪治疗心脑血管疾病的药理学基础。方法 :冰浴加肾上腺素复制血瘀模型 ,检测血液循环内皮细胞 (CEC)数量和血液流变学变化 ,观察黄芪注射液的作用。结果 :血瘀大鼠的CEC数量明显增加 ,全血比粘度增高 ;血液粘稠度增大 ;红细胞压积增大、红细胞变形能力下降、聚集能力增高。黄芪注射液能减少血瘀大鼠的CEC数量 ,明显改变血瘀大鼠的血液流变学。结论
Objective:To study the therapeutic basis of the astragale injection in treatment of cardio/cerebro-vascular diseases.Methods: Establishing a model of blood stasis with endoth_elial damage by means of giving rats an injection of adrenaline and making them swim in ice-cold water, then measuring the number of circulating endothelial cells(CEC)in whole blood and rheology, and then the protective effects of astragale injection were observed. Results: It could increase the number of CEC accompanied by abnormal whole blood viscosity, astragale injection could reduce the number of CEC, and improve the whole blood viscosity in rats with blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion: The rats with blood stasis syndrome suffered from obvious injury of vascular endothelial cells, and the mechanism of astragale injection may be involved in the protection of endothelial cells.
