摘要
高职院校教师如果缺乏积极情绪感受,会对教育教学效果产生不良影响。文章对导致积极情绪不良的因素进行了梳理,并提出应对方法。
If teachers in higher vocational colleges are short of positive emotions, it will have a negative impact on the effect of educational work.This paper has made a detailed analysis of the factors that lead to the lack of positive emotions, and the countermeasures are put forward.
