摘要
创新创业是当今世界各国推动经济社会发展的重要力量,而创业教育则成为社会经济转型和持续发展的必不可少的关键环节。作为高校创业教育模范先锋的德国,以技术创业为先导的创业教育成果丰硕。慕尼黑工业大学(TUM)是德国创业教育的创领者,该校利用自身的学科优势和专业特色,制定了明确而又长远的发展战略,旨在培养与现代工业社会发展相适应的创新创业人才。TUM通过构建创业文化,搭建创业支持系统,加强产学研合作等举措来推进技术创业教育,取得了较好的效果。
Nowadays,innovation and entrepreneurship are the important strength to promote economic and social development in many countries over the world,but entrepreneurship education has become the key to promoting social and economic transformation and sustainable development. As a pioneer model of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,entrepreneurship education in Germany has made plentiful and substantial achievements guided by the technical entrepreneurship. As the leader of Germany＇s entrepreneurship education,Technical University of Munich（ TUM）,endowed with its own disciplineadvantages and professional characteristics,has made a clear and long- term development strategy,aiming at training of innovation personnel to adapt to the development of modern industrial society. By constructing entrepreneurial culture,building entrepreneurial supporting system,and strengthening University- Industry cooperation etc. to promote technical entrepreneurship,TUM has achieved good effects.
