摘要 目的探讨Seminar教学法与案例教学法联合应用在妇产科临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法将2014年1月~2015年12月在河南中医药大学第二附属医院妇产科临床实习的医学本科生分别分为实验组61人和对照组62人。实验组采用Seminar教学法联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。结果实验组的理论考核成绩(90.8±6.9)和临床技能考核成绩(86.2±6.8)均优于对照组(80.6±7.6)和(74.2±7.2)(t=7.795和t=9.504,P〈0.001)。实验组学生对带教教师满意度(95.08%)高于对照组(77.42%)(χ^2=8.053,P〈0.001)。结论 Seminar教学法与案例教学法优于传统教学法。 Objective To evaluate the effect of application of the Seminar teaching method combined with the case-based learning in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, students who were clinical practiced in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into 61 people in experimental group and 62 people in control group. The experimental group was used by Seminar teaching combined with case-based teaching, while the control group was used by traditional teaching methods. Results The scores of theoretical evaluation test and clinical skills assessment in the experimental group which was(90.8±6.9) and(86.2±6.8) were both better than those of control group(80.6±7.6) and(74.2±7.2), the difference was statistically significant(t =7.795 and t =9.504, P〈0.001). The degree of students' satisfaction to teaching in experimental group was higher(95.08% vs. 77.42%)(χ~2=8.053, P〈0.001) Conclusion The effect of application of Seminar teaching method combined with the case-based learning is better than the traditional teaching methods.
