摘要
网络群体性事件可以划分出四个风险识别节点,即刺激性事件在网络出现、生成网络舆论、生成社会舆论、出现社会行动,这四个节点分别是一般事件、较大事件、重大事件和特别重大事件的出现标志,它们有着不同的风险表征和后果,可以采取分级应对方式加以处置。
In the essay,Internet Mass Incident has been divided into four phases of risk identification,and they are the occurrence of stimulative events on the Internet,the generation of online public opinions,the generation of public opinions,as well as the emergence of social actions.The four phases are the emergence symbols of common event,great event,significant event and especially significant event respectively,and they possess different risk characterization and consequences,which demand for relative decision tree models to deal with.
