摘要
对服务创新四维度模型给出了新的理解,构建了四要素服务创新模型,该模型包括服务创新主体、服务创新工具、服务创新实践和服务创新价值四个要素和服务创新的宽度、粘度、深度和高度4个属性;服务创新的核心是服务创新价值,它是服务创新主体、服务创新工具和服务创新实践3个要素的函数;结合案例对上述理论的适用性进行了验证,案例分析表明,服务创新主体是方向,服务创新工具是依托,服务创新实践是关键,服务创新价值是核心,服务创新价值实现的过程呈现静态和动态交替、螺旋式上升的特征。
New understanding of the four-dimensional model of service innovation is presented and the model of four elements-service innovation is built,it including service innovation subject,service innovation tool,service innovation practice and service innovation value,as well as four dimensions of service innovation,i.e.width,viscosity,depth and height;the core of service innovation is the service innovation value,which is the function of the other three elements,i.e.service innovation subject,service innovation tool and service innovation practice;in terms of the realization and improvement approaches of service innovation value,service innovation value shows a bidirectional relationship with the other three elements.Finally,an example is used to illustrate the applicability of the theory above.
