摘要
本文以知识管理和技术创新理论为基础,研究了企业技术创新活动中知识管理的应用,论述了企业技术创新活动中实施知识管理的意义和目前的不足,提出了构建一种基于知识管理的企业技术创新模式。
This paper takes the theory of knowledge management and technological innovation as the basis,studies the application of knowledge management in the enterprise technological innovation activities, discusses the significance and insufficiency of knowledge management implementation in the technological innovation activities ofenterprises,andproposestobuildamodeofenterprisetechnologicalinnovationbasedonknowledgemanagement.
