本文从技术创新系统的运行着眼,阐述了知识管理在企业技术创新过程各阶段的运行机制,明确了基于知识管理的企业技术创新模式。
Beginning with the system analysis of technologic innovation , this paper expounds the operational mechanism of knowledge management in the each link of the process of technologic innovation and explicitly explains the model of technologic innovation based on knowledge management.
