摘要
针对我国档案保护工作中存在的区域发展不平衡、人才短缺、抢救修复条件不足以及科技成果应用率低等问题,借鉴美国文化遗产区域保护中心建设经验,提出我国档案区域保护中心建设的目标,并从组织体系的建立、建设经费的获取、硬件条件的更新、人才队伍的建设、服务体系的构建五个层面阐述其建设路径。
China’s archives conservation work faces the problems of unbalanced regionaldevelopment, talent shortage, inadequate rescue and restoration conditions and low utilizationrate of technology achievement. Referring to the construction experience of the Americanregional cultural heritage conservation center, the goal of China’s regional archivesconservation center was proposed, and its construction way was then expounded from fouraspects： establishing organizational system, obtaining construction funds, updating the hardwareconditions, constructing talent team and constructing service system.
