摘要
针对无人机光电吊舱小型化、轻量化的发展趋势,充分利用了FPGA的硬件资源,设计了一种基于FPGA的光电吊舱控制系统。该系统在减小控制板工装尺寸的同时,提高了系统的稳定性,可取代传统的FPGA和DSP联合设计的光电吊舱控制系统。详细描述了FPGA控制系统硬件组成,提出了多环路控制回路设计,并实现增量式PI控制算法。最后,通过摇摆台试验测试验证该系统的稳定精度。
According to the developing trend of optical pod of UAV, i. e. , compact and lightweight, by fully using hardware resources of FPGA, the control system based on FPGA for the optical pod is designed. With reducing the tooling sizes, the stability of system is improved to replace traditional control system based on both FPGA and DSP. The hardware composition of FPGA control system is described in detail, the design of multi-loop control circuit is proposed, and the incremental PI control algorithm is realized. The stabilization accuracy of the system is verified through experimental tests on sway platform.
