考虑寄生参数的LLC谐振倍压变换器优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 在LLC谐振倍压变换器的优化设计中,谐振参数对于变换器的性能具有重要影响。在高压电源中,由于其变压器升压比高,变压器寄生参数往往较大,给LLC谐振倍压变换器的谐振参数优化设计带来了困难。针对LLC谐振倍压变换器,建立了包含变压器寄生参数的电路模型,分析了变压器寄生参数对LLC谐振倍压变换器的影响,并带入参数优化设计过程,推导出了保证软开关条件下谐振电流最小的谐振参数优化设计方法,利用Matlab优化方法对LLC电路进行优化设计。最后通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。 The resonant parameters have great influence on the performance of the converter. The voltage gain of transformer in the high-voltage power supply is high and the transformer's parasitic parameters tend to be larger, it will be much more difficult to design the LLC voltage-multiplying resonant converter. The model of LLC voltage-multiplying resonant converter is established, which includes transformer parasitics parameters. The influence of parasitic parameter on LLC voltage-multiplying resonant converter is analysed. The optimal design method of resonance parameters that ensured a minimal resonance current and soft switching conditions in resonant circuit is deduced, then the method by using Matlab optimal function is carried out. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the simulation and experiments.
