血管内超声观察解郁合剂对胸痹心痛(肝郁脾虚)患者斑块稳定性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察解郁合剂对胸痹心痛(肝郁脾虚证)患者冠状动脉斑块稳定性的影响。方法:选取辽宁中医附属医院心内一科2013年1月—2014年9月以胸痹心痛肝郁脾虚证入院同时行血管内超声探查的患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各25例,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg,1次/d口服,治疗组在对照组用药基础上给予解郁合剂50m L,3次/d口服,随访3个月,复查血管内超声,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP),比较治疗前后各项指标变化。结果:两组治疗后血脂水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平显著下降(P<0.05)、纤维帽厚度增加(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:解郁合剂用于提高胸痹心痛肝郁脾虚证患者斑块稳定性安全、有效,值得推广。 Objective: To observe the influence of Jieyu Mixture on coronary plaque stability of chest pain patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: In Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to September 2014,a total of 50 patients with chest pain of liver depression and spleen deficiency who simultaneously used intravascular ultrasound were randomly divided into control and treatment group with 25 patients in the each. The control group were given atorvastatin calcium 20 mg orally once a day and the treatment group received Jieyu Mixture 50 m L three times a day. After 3- month follow- up,review intravascular ultrasound,total cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein( LDL-C) and high- sensitivity C- reactive protein( Hs- CRP) and compare the indicators before and after treatment. Results: After treatment,lipid levels and high- sensitivity C- reactive protein levels were significantly decreased( P 0. 05) and fibrous cap thickness increased( P 0. 05). The treatment group' s were improved more significantly than the control group' s( P 0. 05).Conclusion: Jieyu Mixture can increase plaque stability of chest pain patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,which is safe,effective and worthy of promotion.
