摘要
目的观察大叶钩藤对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及左心室肥厚(LVH)的影响。方法60只SHR随机分为大叶钩藤高、中、低剂量组,空白组和卡托普利对照组,每组12只。分别测量实验前后大鼠的血压值和左室重量指数(LVMI)。结果卡托普利组、高剂量组血压与实验前比较显著下降(P<0.05),且与空白组、大叶钩藤中、低剂量组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),卡托普利组和高剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);空白组、大叶钩藤中、低剂量组组内、组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药各组与空白组比较,LVMI指数下降(P<0.05),高剂量组与卡托普利组比较LVMI指数降低(P<0.05),中、低剂量组与卡托普利组比较LVMI指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大叶钩藤对SHR有降压及逆转左室肥厚的作用。
Objective To observe the blood pressure and lets ventricle hypertrophy impact on spontaneous hypertension rat from Uncaria macrophylla. Methods 60 SHRs were randomly divided into higher, middle and lower dose Uncaria macrophylla, blank control group and Captopril group,12 rats in every group.Measured the blood pressure and Left ventricular mass index ( LVMI ) of the rats in each group pre-experiment and after experiment. Results Captopril group, the high dose group compared respectively the pre-experimental blood pressure decreased significantly (P〈0.05), and with the blank control group, Captopril group, the low-dose group were significantly different (P〈0.05), there was no significant difference in Captopril group and the high-dose group (P〉O.OS);Blank control group, Captopri group, the low dose group was no significant difference (P〉O.OS);The blank group, Uncaria macrophylla medium and low-dose group was no significant difference (P〉O.05); Medication group compared with the blank group, LVMI decreased (P〈0.05), high dose group LVMI compared with the Captopril group reduced (P〈0.05), medium-and low-dose group compared with the Captopril group LVMI index was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Uncaria macrophylla on SHR has hypotensive effect and reversed the role of left ventricular hypertrophy.
