摘要
把φ250 mm的TC4钛合金棒材改锻成□80 mm×125 mm的方棒,对其进行超声波探伤,发现两处长条形单个波形。采用显微组织检查、SEM方法对锻件缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:缺陷附近存在微区化学成分不均匀,是复杂的氧化物混合态。裂纹存在于锻造(横截面)时的最大剪切带十字花纹中,是锻造变形量大、变形速度快及散热不充分形成的热效应区。
φ5250 mm TC4 titanium alloy bar was forged into a □80 mm×125 mm square rod. Ultrasonic examination was carried out. Two single waveforms with strip were found. The forging defects were analyzed by microstructure examination and SEM methods. The results show that there is inhomogeneous chemical composition in micro-zone near defect, and it is a complex oxide mixed state. Cracks exist in cross pattern of maximum shear zone during forging (cross section), and it is a heat effect zone of the large forging deformation, fast deformation speed and insufficient radiating.
