摘要
针对应用已久的钛及钛合金感应加热炉温控系统需要进行技术改造的问题,研制了以日本高精度可编程控制器FP21为核心的自动温度控制系统取代已落后的原系统。所研制的系统是采用先进的比色测温技术和快速智能双笔记录仪,通过编制加热工艺曲线,实现了自动升温、保温、出炉提示、报警等加热功能,保证了感应加热炉的控制精度和加热质量,解决了坯料受热温度不均匀、易过烧等问题,提高了钛及钛合金板材的质量。
This paper introduced the development of the automatic temperature control system with FP21 as its core. The Colorimetric measure temperature technology and high-speed recorder instrument was used. By means of setting the heating process schedule, the auto-temperature rise, soaking, cooling and warning were performed, as a result the induction-heated furnace's control accuracy and heating quality were guaranteed, the problem of inhomogeneous heating and overheating for the blanks was resolved, so the quality of products was improved.
