摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者血浆D-二聚体与肝功能指标血浆总蛋白（TP）、白蛋白（Alb）、球蛋白（Glo）水平的相关性。方法选择2011年9月~2015年2月在我院诊治的慢性乙型肝炎患者120例作为观察组,选择同期我院健康查体正常者120例作为对照组,两组均进行血浆D-二聚体与肝功能指标的检测,并给予相关性分析。结果观察组的血浆D-二聚体、Glo含量分别为（0.99±0.21）mg/ml、（32.22±7.82）g/L,明显高于对照组的（0.27±0.09）mg/ml、（11.39±6.13）g/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;血浆TP、Alb分别为（65.22±12.84）、（33.29±9.14）g/L,明显低于对照组的（89.88±13.87）、（62.88±10.82）g/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。直线相关分析显示,观察组的D-二聚体与Glo值呈正相关（P〈0.05）,与TP与Alb值呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者的血浆D-二聚体呈现高表现状态,且与肝功能状况明显相关,这可以协助对慢性乙型肝炎病情的早期诊断。
Objective To explore the relationship bteween plasma D-dimer and liver function index likes TP,Alb and Glo level of chronic hepatitis patients. Methods 120 chronic hepatitis patients from September 2011 to February 2015 of our hospital were selected as observation group.120 normal healthy physical examination people at the same term were selected as control group.The plasma D-dimer and liver function index in two groups were tested and the relationship analysis was conducted. Results The content of plasma D-dimer and Glo in observation group was（0.99±0.21） mg/ml and（32.22±7.82） g/L,respectively,which was obvious higher than that was（0.27 ±0.09） mg/ml and（11.39±6.13） g/L in control group,and the differences were statistical significance（P 0.05）.The plasma TP,Alb in observation group was（65.22±12.84）,（33.29±9.14） g/L,respectively,which was obvious lower than that was（89.88±13.87）,（62.88±10.82） g/L in control group,and the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）.Linear correlation analysis showed that D-dimer in observation group had positive relationship with Glo value（P0.05）,while had obvious negative relationship with TP and Alb value（P0.05）. Conclusion Plasma D- dimer of chronic hepatitis patients presents high performance and has obvious relates to liver function states,which can assist to the early diagnosis of chronic hepatitis.
