摘要
目的探讨重症肝炎患者的血糖水平高低与预后的关系。方法选取101例重症肝炎患者,分析病历,记录患者的疾病分型、血糖水平及预后情况。比较不同分型患者的血糖情况及不同血糖情况患者的预后。结果血糖变化与重症肝炎患者的临床分型无关。血糖非正常状态组的患者死亡率明显高于血糖处于平稳正常状态的患者。高血糖组和低血糖组患者死亡率比较差异无统计学意义。结论重症肝炎患者的血糖情况可以影响患者的预后,血糖非正常状态的患者,无论高低都会增加患者的死亡率。临床上对于重症肝炎患者应该密切观察其血糖变化,一旦偏离正常应该及时纠正血糖。
Objective To explore the relationship between blood glucose level and prognosis of severe hepatitis pa- tients. Methods 101 cases of the severe hepatitis patients were chosen, whose medical records were analyzed. The types of severe hepatitis, blood glucose level and prognosis were recorded. Blood glucose in different types of severe hepatitis patients and the prognosis in patients with different blood glucose were compared. Results There was no rela- tionship between the blood glucose changes and the types of severe hepatitis. The death rate in glucose abnormal group was significantly higher than that in the glucose normal group. There was no difference in the death rate between hyper- glycaemia group and glucopenia group. Conclusion Blood glucose in patients with severe hepatitis can affect the prog- nosis of severe hepatitis patients. In abnormal state of blood glucose, regardless of blood glucose, it will increase the death rate. Patients with severe hepatitis patients should pay close attention to the changes of blood glucose, once the deviation from the normal blood glucose should be promptly corrected.
