摘要
通过研究地面车辆采用的超声波倒车雷达测距装置,发现其压电陶瓷超声波发生器需要高电压供电,设计为本安型设备较为复杂,且有无法穿透玻璃、不易达到防护要求的缺点。文章设计并实现了一种采用红外测距传感器的矿用倒车报警影像装置,该装置集倒车影像、红外测距报警于一体,其主控制器采用多传感器巡回测距控制策略,减少了负载损耗,降低了本安设计难度。经过实验证明,该装置设计合理、运行可靠、结构紧凑,易于在空间狭小的无轨胶轮车上布置,具有较强的实用性。
According to the study of ground vehicles using the ultrasonic reversing radar ranging device,the pressure piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic generator requires high voltage power supply, which complicates the intrinsically safe equipment design,and causes the deficiencies in glass penetration and protection requirements. This paper designs and implements a mine reversing visual alarm device with infrared distance sensors,integrating reversing image and infrared range alarm. The main controller uses multi- sensor circuit ranging control strategy to reduce the load loss and difficulty of intrinsically safe design. Experiments show that,the device design is reasonable,reliable and compact,practical for trackless rubber tire vehicle,whose space is very limited.
