摘要
针对星村矿3207轨道巷复合顶板松散破碎、顶板下沉量大、锚索破断等变形特征,分析了巷道变形破坏的原因、复合顶板巷道变形规律和控制技术要点,提出了采用"预应力中空注浆锚索+锚网索"联合支护方案,加强顶板支护强度,充分发挥围岩自承能力。现场工业性试验表明,该支护方案能有效控制巷道围岩变形。
Aiming at the deformation behavior of 3207 track roadway Xingcun coal mine, such as loose and broken composite roof,large amount of roof subsidence, anchor cable breaking, the paper analyzes the reasons for roadway deformation and failure,composite roof roadway deformation law and key control technology,proposes a comprehensive support scheme ssing "pre- stressed hollow grouting anchor and bolt- mesh- anchor",to strengthen the intensity of roof support and give full play to the surrounding rock bearing capacity. The onsite industrial test shows that,the support scheme can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
