摘要
为了做好教学与工业生产的衔接、提高学生的实际工业技能、培养综合素质全面的大学生,在原有的电工实习、电器理论与应用、PLC和变频器使用等实验课程的基础上进行改革,设计开发了一套面向电气类专业的开放式的综合实验教学平台。它集识图、制图、装配、调试、设计于一体,可分层次、分类别并贯穿原有多门课程。实践效果表明:该实验平台可以增强学生学习的兴趣,帮助学生迅速掌握现代工业控制的主流实用技术、提高对工业现实问题的解决能力和电气控制方面的研究兴趣。
This paper proposes a novel open type integrated experimental platform for electric control teaching,based on the reform of some previous electric experiments like electrical engineering practice,theory and application of electric appliance,PLC,use of converter,etc.,aiming at linking up school and industry,improving the studentsactual industry skills and cultivating all-sided college students.The proposed platform integrates reading,drawing,assembling,debugging and designing and involves a number of previous courses hierarchically.Practical results show that this platform can enhance the students' interest in study and research of electric control,having a real grasp of key skills of modern industry control rapidly and training the ability solving the actual engineering problems.
