摘要
结合敦煌地方小吃与西方小吃命名特点的异同,在翻译适应选择论的指导下,对现有敦煌地方小吃名的英译中存在的错误进行归类分析,并尝试给出建设性译名,希望能从一个新的角度推进该地地方小吃名翻译的规范化进程。
The present article,by comparing between the naming principles Dunhuang locally-featured snacks and those of western snacks,comments on the existing translations of Dunhuang locally-featured snacks and offers its own versions for them in the Approach of Translation as Adaptation and Selection,with a view to contributing a share to the standardized translation of Dunhuang locally-featured snacks.
