摘要
目的：分析青光眼高眼压状态下小梁切除术术前、术中、术后关键环节的处理。方法对大同市第三人民医院2013年1月至2014年1月连续收治的青光眼高眼压状态下小梁切除术35例（36眼）患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者手术都顺利完成，术中未见虹膜脱出未能恢复及脉络膜脱离、视网膜脱离、暴发性脉络膜上腔出血等并发症，术后34眼视力不同程度提高，术后2例发生浅前房经保守治疗后恢复。结论青光眼高眼压状态下是可以手术的，只要合理处理术前、术中、术后关键环节，是可以达到满意的治理效果的。
Objective To analyze the key aspects of processing of glaucoma in high intraocular pressure trabeculectomy. Methods The clinical data of 35 cases（36 eyes）of high intraocular pressure of glaucoma trabeculectomy continuous admitted to the third people’s hospital of Datong from January 2013 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were successfully completed, no iris prolapse surgery failed to restore and choroidal detachment,retinal detachment,and the outbreak of choroidal hemorrhage and other complications,postoperative visual acuity of 34 eyes improved to var-ying degrees,two cases of postoperative shallow anterior chamber recovery after conservative treatment. Conclusions High intraocular pressure for glaucoma surgery is possible,as long as reasonable treatment the key links preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative,can achieve satisfactory treatment effect.
