摘要
目的探讨持续高眼压状态下青光眼手术的特点、安全性和治疗效果。方法对43例(43眼)持续性高眼压青光眼施行抗青光眼手术。术后观察滤过泡、前房、眼压及视力的变化。结果术后1月眼压控制≤21 mmHg者35眼(81.40%,)局部用药方可控制者6眼(13.95%);术后1月视力提高者25眼(58.14%),保持不变者12眼(27.91%)。术中或术后未出现脉络膜上腔出血、视网膜出血或睫状环阻塞性青光眼等严重并发症。结论持续性高眼压青光眼行手术治疗是安全有效的,对持续性高眼压状态下的病例应积极采用手术治疗,以避免视功能的进一步损害。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety in persistent ocular hypertension glaucoma surgeries. Methods Surgery was performed on 43 patients（43 eyes） in persistent ocular hypertension. Filtering bled, anterior chamber, IOP and Visial acuity observed postoperatively. Results After one month of operation, the IOP of 35 eyes was less than 21 mmHg（81.40% ） ;after using part medicine IOP of 6 eyes was controlled,visual acuity improved obviously in 25 eyes（58.14% ）, visual acuity remained unchange in 6 eyes （27.91% ）. No serious complications such as ehoroidal hemorrhage, intraocular hemorrhage and malignant glaucoma were found. Conclusions Surgery for glaucoma with persistent ocular hypertension is safe and effective. To keep the visueal funeiton from more damage,surgery should be performed for these patients actively.
